Starting with an $800 Volvo and a carpet cleaning business, Idan grew 911 Restoration into one of the leading disaster restoration franchises in the U.S. His company is now recognized nationwide for helping homeowners and businesses recover from floods, fires, and other emergencies — all anchored in a unique “Fresh Start” philosophy.


A Philosophy Beyond Restoration

For Idan, restoration is not just about drying carpets or fixing damage — it’s about giving clients peace of mind when they’re most vulnerable. His call center, open 24/7, ensures every customer feels supported and connected to a trained franchisee in their local area.

“Our goal is to give certainty to the homeowner or business owner,” Idan explained on the I AM CEO Podcast. “We want them to know — we’ve got you.”
